Terms of Service

1. Service

DropWatch provides restock and price alerts for collectibles at Australian retailers, delivered via a private Discord server, for a subscription fee of A$40 per month.

2. Access

Your subscription grants one Discord account access to member channels while payments are current. Access is granted and removed automatically based on subscription status.

3. Fair use

No redistribution, resale, or automated scraping of alert content. Accounts doing so may be removed without refund.

4. No guarantees

Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee stock availability, purchase success, or profit. DropWatch is not affiliated with any retailer.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via the Manage Subscription portal; access continues to the end of the paid period, then ends automatically.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
